Student Adoption Form General Support Form
So that Concordia Theological Seminary may provide an outstanding education in theology to all qualified candidates, we ask that the home congregations of all students should support them as they are able, and encourage home congregations to be generous in their support.
In addition, all congregations or individual benefactors are encouraged to support the seminary, though general support or by adopting a specific student.

For international donors, please visit the International page here. - A “Sending Congregation” is expected to assist in supporting the student being sent from its midst. The form for Student Adoption on the part of the sending congregation may be downloaded here: Student Adoption Form
- If you are an individual benefactor or represent a congregation who would like to adopt a student, you may use the same form.
