Concordia Seminary Graduation 2020

Concordia Theological Seminary has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s commencement service due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The commencement service was planned to be held in March 2020.  The safety of our graduates, their family and friends, and the Concordia Seminary community is our foremost priority. Hence, we are closely monitoring the government directions and is not sure how soon it will be safe to conduct such a high profile gathering. 

We praise God for each of our 2020 graduates.  The seminary is so thankful for the opportunity we received to groom the graduates for God’s ministry in different parts of India. We are so proud to see the theological, ministerial, and spiritual development and growth in our graduates over the past years.

We have not completely ruled out alternative commencement options. If a safer situation arises soon, we will certainly contemplate about having an in person commencement to celebrate the 2020 graduates. Kindly uphold all the 2020 graduates of Concordia Theological Seminary, Nagercoil as they begin to serve the Lord and His church during this difficulty times.
