Concordia Theological Seminary is located in Nagercoil, a headquarters city of the Kannyakumary District, in the state of Tamil Nadu. The Town is about twelve miles from Cape Comorin, the southernmost tip of India. The campus itself is situated about one mile west of the city centre of Nagercoil. The seminary campus consists of thirteen acres of land.
